Clearly 4oz of grilled chicken better than having, say, 8oz (in terms of calories especially). <br /><br />My problem isn't really diet, it's lack of intense cardio. I don't have a fast metabolism, so I've bee trying to keep my muscle in check by way of push-ups and pilates in general.
